Night exercises

Guided audios and written protocols for falling asleep, waking at night, early morning awakenings, nightmares, and sleep anxiety. Breathwork, cognitive shuffling, NSDR-style rest, ACT defusion, paradoxical intention, imagery rehearsal therapy, progressive relaxation, visualization, pink or brown noise.

Behavioral sleep methods

CBT-I principles, BBTI, stimulus control, sleep restriction or compression, sleep efficiency tracking, chronotherapy, light timing, wake-time stabilization, morning rhythm design.

Somatic and nervous system work

Somatic shaking, gentle somatic exercises, pandiculation, passive body heating, deep pressure stimulation, acupressure points such as Anmian, breathwork, and other body-based methods.

Devices, supplements, and environment

Sound, light, temperature, supplements, red light therapy, cranial electrotherapy stimulation, vagus nerve stimulation, and other sleep-support tools, with cautious guidance and medical referral when appropriate.

Coaching support

Ask questions, report what happened, and get help staying consistent. We do not disappear after giving you the plan.

Your plan changes as your sleep changes.
